Foreword:
We urge anyone who got the covid shots to use the first four products described in this article preventatively - even if they are currently feeling absolutely fine. These same products can also help with “long covid” and protect from the effects of shedding.
What’s new:
This updated version contains the niacin protocol for brain fog, memory, cognitive acuity, and increased energy (please see the heading “Brain Fog” in Part B.) The findings about the covid shots ruining gut flora have HUGE implications for health (for example, the right bacteria are critical to heart health and to the immune system, and certain gut bacteria are necessary for the body to produce melatonin and serotonin, needed for proper sleep and mood.) Very specific probiotics can make a big difference – they are made by Biotiquest. See #3, and also see Part B. And, there’s a wonderful product called Myomend, that’s helping lots of people with pain.
Summary:
There are several parts of the shots that need to be removed/neutralized, and there are different natural, safe products that, thank G-d, have been found to work together to accomplish this. The Essiac removes the heavy metal components, and some of the chemicals that are found in the hydrogel. The Lumbrokinase works to break down the toxic proteins. The Essiac works with the Lumbrokinase to remove the toxic debris safely from the body through the bowels. The thiamine/B Complex works with the Lumbrokinase to protect the nervous system; as do the probiotics which help to normalize the person's immunity. In the article below, we will explain each item in more detail.
Part A: Updated Protocol to try to (G-d willing) forestall sudden medical events and illness among those who have taken the covid-19 shots:
There are a number of excellent products discussed here. For people who are vaccinated but are symptom-free, the FIRST FOUR products are the most critical components. My researcher strongly recommends that ALL covid-vaccinated people take these products, and remain on these the FIRST THREE PRODUCTS LONG TERM for the time being.
It is our belief that vaccinated people may, G-d willing, be able to head off covid-vaccine induced illnesses by using this detox+ protocol.
This protocol is the outcome of researchers who are continuing to study what is in the shots, what works to alleviate their effects, and how we might be able to get them out of the body. It is important to note that what sets this protocol apart is that these scientists and doctors are seeking to actually remove the poisons from people’s bodies.
These same products are part of the treatment for people who are already injured, but those cases need personalized recommendations by an experienced practitioner.

1. Lumbrokinase Enzyme:
Lumbrokinase has proven itself beneficial for all of the vaccine injured and is clearly the top choice to help vaccinated people prevent trouble.
Lumbrokinase helps prevent and dissolve blood clots. It promotes normal blood viscosity, repairs and prevents heart damage, promotes/restores normal heart rhythm, prevents strokes and neurological damage, heals damaged nerves, normalizes blood pressure, and reduces inflammation, among other things. It is a powerful product with many benefits.
There are several reasons that Lumbrokinase is much more helpful for vaccinated people to take than other good enzymes, such as Nattokinase:
• Lumbrokinase has a 10x more powerful capacity to break down proteins (the poisons) than Nattokinase.

(In fact, my friend knows someone who has a genetic clotting disease, and she used to always have clots before taking Lumbrokinase. On Lumbrokinase, she had no clots. When she ran out, she tried substituting another enzyme, and developed a clot.)

Some people have asked about the kosher status of Lumbrokinase. While the powder inside the capsule is not made out of a kosher product, it is inside of a vegetable capsule, and swallowed as a medication, so it is permitted, like other medications. (This was verified with a Rabbi. In fact, the researcher I know has multiple great Rabbis who use Lumbrokinase themselves.) It is important to understand that Lumbrokinase can be life-saving, and that other enzymes and blood thinners do not compare to it.
The brand of Lumbrokinase that you choose is important. The Doctor’s Best brand and the Double Wood brand have been found effective. Please try to choose these over other brands you may find online, as these are the brands that practitioners are finding to be most effective in patients. The Double Wood brand is significantly cheaper. For ideal protection, take one capsule twice a day if using the Double Wood brand, and one capsule three times a day if using the Doctor’s Best brand.
CRITICAL: Lumbrokinase and other enzymes MUST be taken on an EMPTY stomach, which means not less than two hours after eating, (and then waiting one hour after taking, before eating.) For scheduling purposes, the recommendation is to take one capsule right when you get up and one right before going to sleep, together with #2 Essiac below.
Pregnant women should substitute Arthur Andrew Nattovena (Nattokinase) during pregnancy. 2. Essiac “Tea”
Essiac is a powdered mixture of herbs that comes in a packet. Essiac is an extremely important part of the recommended protocol for those who are covid vaccinated.
Essiac is an old, time-tested product, a gentle natural herbal chelator which takes the heavy metals and toxins out of the body without taking out the minerals (which you need.) It’s been helping people with cancer and other illnesses for many years. Essiac has the potential to remove some of the covid vaccine components. It is also protective of DNA, and can repair damaged DNA.

To prepare: Cook the Essiac powder in water for 10 minutes, then let it steep for 12 hours, and refrigerate. Then drink 3 oz. of this cooked mixture - 3 times a day. (Instructions are provided with the product.) To improve the taste, you can add 1/3 tsp. of pure stevia leaf powder to each batch of Essiac prepared with 4 oz. of Essiac powder. (There is a company called Organic Traditions that makes stevia leaf powder with kosher supervision. It is brownish-greenish. Do not get the white stevia extract, which is unhealthy to use.) 3. Bifidobacteria (Probiotics)
Research has shown that the covid shots reduce gut bacteria, and in particular, Bifidobacteria, which is essential for proper immunity. The study showed that there is a direct correlation between covid shots and Bifidobacteria levels, which can fall by as much as 90 percent - and in some cases down to almost zero.
Bifidobacteria interact with the immune system, and they are essential for immunity against pathogens and cancer.
Hospitalized patients who had severe COVID-19 were found to have no or low Bifidobacteria levels, while people with mild Covid-19 symptoms were found to have high levels of Bifidobacteria. This might explain why vaccinated people have more severe cases of covid than those who were not jabbed.
The absence of Bifidobacteria is linked to chronic diseases, including diabetes, cancer, and autoimmune diseases. Several studies show that taking Bifidobacteria can help prevent and/or improve these conditions.

Therefore, at the very least, people who have had any of the COVID-19 injections should begin taking a good supplement containing Bifidobacteria.
The brand of bifidobacteria that you choose is critical. Please do not opt for the cheapest brand. Probiotics are very sensitive to storage, and not all strains of Bifidobacteria are the same. The Heart Centered can be taken morning and evening with the Lumbrokinase/Essiac, or it can be taken twice a day with meals. If using additional probiotic strains, they are most effective if taken at least 2 hours apart.)
4. Thiamin HCL (Vitamin B1)
Thiamin has been seen to be very effective at preventing cellular damage. The starting dose of Thiamin HCL is 50-100 mg a day, and it is recommended to work up to 300-600 mg, (increase slowly by 100 mg every few days – first take 100 mg with breakfast, after a few days 100 mg with breakfast and with lunch, and so on.) Any brand is ok. It should be taken together with VITAMIN B COMPLEX (ideally, the B complex should be a food-based brand, such as Mega Food Balanced B Complex, otherwise, take a low dose of B complex.) Thiamin can also help with low energy after covid. Take the Thiamin for 1-2 months, and then you can stop. However, if you find that you feel better when you are on it, continue taking it.
Part B: Long Covid
People who were not vaccinated but are suffering long term effects after experiencing covid are (thank G-d) also finding relief using Lumbrokinase plus Essiac, as described above.
If someone absolutely refuses to use Lumbrokinase, they should at least take Arthur Andrew Nattovena Nattokinase, 2 capsules 3 times a day, https://a.co/d/eJ3CluN and Enzymedica Enzyme Defense Extra Strength, 2 capsules 3 times a day https://a.co/d/0keVjLD. Following is a list of some common long covid issues and the protocols that have been given to patients in those circumstances. NIACIN Therapy for Brain Fog, Memory, Cognitive Acuity and Increased Energy:

Break one niacin 100mg tablet into quarters, which will give you four 25 milligram doses (it is easiest to use a pill cutter).
Take 25mg AFTER each meal, breakfast lunch and dinner, on a full stomach. You should not take it on an empty stomach. You may feel a flush - your skin will feel warm, it may feel itchy. It usually starts on the face and neck, extends to the arms and hands. This is what we want - but the flush should be mild. (If you have a strong uncomfortable sensation, do not worry – it is not dangerous. No harm can possibly come to you. Niacin is a vasodilator and it is simply your skin feeling the blood rushing through it. It won’t last more than an hour, usually only a half hour.)
Continue taking the niacin this way until you no longer feel a flush. It could take a few days or a few weeks, or you may not even feel a flush at this dose. If and when there is no flush, then increase to 50mg at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Then, again, when the flush is no longer felt, increase to 100mg after each meal.
The goal is to feel a slight warming on the skin, a slight and pleasant feel after taking the niacin. So as long as you continue to have that feeling, then you are taking the right amount.
However, once you no longer get this mild flushing sensation, you will need to continue to slowly increase your dose until once again you have a gentle flush. You might end up taking 1,000mg three times a day, which is good - but many people don’t need that much.
