As an asthma sufferer I have suspicions whether the steroids worsen the condition. I can relate to bouts of breathlessness after taking the inhaled steroid. I looked into glutathione a few years back but when searching online - Google - I was greeted with warnings to not to take it for asthma. That it can make asthma worsen. This was in direct conflict with numerous reviews on Amazon for NAC - which enables the body to produce glutathione - from people claiming that their breathing / asthma improved after taking it. I started taking a single dose of NAC daily. I believe it has helped.
This sounds just like the warnings not to take ivermectin for covid. My daughter has a golden rule figured out: whatever the government advises, you’re safe doing the opposite.
I bought a nebuliser when the covid panic started.
I have used it myself and on my husband for chest infections. I use it with with saline and a single drop of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. It has helped us to avoid the need for antibiotics.
As anyone thought about Chlorine Dioxide? It’s great for getting oxygen into the blood and kill many many pathogens. Just a thought as it is one of my favorites.
As for the negative ions and being around the vaxed, I have found the Shield Aer by filterssuck,com to work extremely well.
I also use an ionizer to clean my produce and freshen my home. Just walking barefoot on the grass is another great negative ion remedy.

I didn't finish this article, but re: the comment at the beginning that it is hard to imagine last week in NYC was not planned out - I have seen many tweets with satellite images showing that the Canadian wildfires consisted of many (I think 12) small wildfires that all started at the EXACT same time. Also there were reports of someone being arrested for arson. Naturally, MSM and Trudeau, Biden, etc. did not mention that and went on about how it was due to "climate change" (which of course would require them to use digital ID with social credit scores attached and complete totalitarian control of our lives to "fix.").
Again, had to comment before finishing the article. You mention articles saying we all need to "get used" to smoky air and accompanying high rates of sickness. I thought of this during the toxic train derailents - that they were doing it to give a reason for the even higher rates of these illnesses that shot opponents have been (unfortunately, probably correctly) predicting. This fits right in. Have some very public events that look like (and maybe are) they're bad for health, and then blame all of the shot side effects and illnesses on that. When I first thought of it, I thought : is this too crazy even for them? But now that you pointed out their new messaging about needing to "get used to" increasing serious illness, I'm thinking it's not.

I'm Susprised, surprised to quote Gomer Pyle that the good and erudite Midwestern Doc suggested using distilled water.
