Alert: Quarantine Camps Revisited, Tomorrow

The wicked NY Governor Kathy Hochul has appealed last year’s loss on her illegal quarantine regulation, which had put every single NY State resident in imminent danger (and opened the door for other states to follow.)

Now, the brave lawyer who single-handedly fought Hochul last year for our basic freedom from incarceration has to go back to court tomorrow to fight again. May G-d be with Bobbie Anne Cox, and may Hochul and her evil team meet a resounding defeat.

Curtis Cost summarized the life-threatening, illegal regulation very well. I’m reposting parts of his September 11 article:

“Most New Yorkers and most Americans have no idea just how close we are to having communist China-style quarantine camps, where the government can come to a person's home and force them to remain locked inside their home, or relocate them to a quarantine camp facility anywhere in the state.

“The government would not have to prove that a person was infected with anything. All that would be needed would be an accusation on their part, and with that, a person's rights are stripped away and they are forced into a quarantine facility, where they could be held for an indefinite period of time without any automatic right to a trial to prove that they are not sick.

“The one lawyer who has stood up to the governor is Bobby Anne Cox. When other lawyers said that it was impossible to win a legal challenge at this time, Bobbie Anne refused to accept that, and found a way. Despite the massive resources at the disposal of the Governor and her Attorney General, Letitia James, Bobbie Anne defeated them in the New York State Supreme Court.  The court ruled that the Governor’s quarantine regulation was illegal and unconstitutional!”

But unbelievably, Hochul has appealed the judge’s ruling that her regulation was unconstitutional, so now we’re up to Round 2 of this fight, and the court date is tomorrow. I can’t help but feel like Alice in Wonderland, having fallen into Crazy World … but unfortunately this is real.

G-d is truly the One protecting us. Actually, He is orchestrating these events.

This Saturday and Sunday are Rosh Hashana, a new year for humanity, although most people don’t know it.

Rosh Hashana marks the birthday of humankind - the anniversary of the 6th day of the creation of the world, 5,784 years ago, when G-d created Adam and Eve.

These are the days that the world is judged for the entire coming year.

We need to ask G-d for His help, try to become better, and beg for a good year.

In fact, the month leading up to Rosh Hashana is an especially auspicious time for getting close to G-d, and for having our prayers answered. How interesting that Hochul’s lawsuit came up for judgment again during this month, when those fighting on the side of the Creator have an extra power to their prayers.

Let’s recite Psalms to G-d, the One and only, the Creator of the world, and may He bring our salvation, and the downfall of the evil, speedily.
