The new agreement with the Amish farmer requires payment of a significant amount of money in order to not be in contempt and avoid jail time. It doesn't sound like this ha an outcome that will allow the farmer to sell raw milk, etc. To me, it appears that the government has not lost any ability to do this to any farmer, as best I can tell.
