Have states like red states go to court for an injunction straight to the US Supreme court
based on the idea the administrative or executive branch of the state is ceding Constitutional authority and personal sovereignty of citizens. And for a declaration those involved are commiting treason. .If it is the administrative branch of the state they may be treasonous. If executive branch, a court impeachment, declaration that the advancement of the amendments in and of itself is treasonous for violation of the duty to uphold the constitution and protect the inalienable rights of the citizens.
Our current era brings to mind an episode of the classic TV series Star Trek called 'The Doomsday Machine!' In which Captain Kirk (Canadian actor William Shatner) had to use all of his wit to fight against it.
These evil doers never believed in any “Creator” or gods or anything other than the religion of the subjugation of those they believe are useless and powerless. They are their own gods and woe be unto them as the reckoning is coming.
