They are so full of BS. Even though in California it is against the LAW for a pharmacist to refuse to fill a prescription ( with one narrow exception that’s not relevant here, CVS refused to fill my script for IVM (after filling it a few times initially) saying “it’s not FDA approved for Covid-19”.
I did not file a complaint, argue, etc because I was trying to recover from a head injury and really didn’t have the mental energy to add anything more.
To this day, the script is “on hold” with the FDA used as the excuse for breaking state law.
Absolutely outrageous. As a side note, I find it ironic that half of my supply of ivermectin came from a pharmacy in NY where the use of it has been just as aggressively suppressed for covid treatment. Those New Yorkers who were able to procure it and use it while in the hospital had to sue for this right. Yet I was able to obtain it by simply using Myfreedoctor.com.
Sue every doctor and hospital that relied on the “recommendation”.
