The fight for justice must be undertaken by all possible means.

Those who think that justice is best pursued in court, ought to be well informed in doing so.

There is abundant evidence to suggest, that the courts are not currently likely, to be the best avenue by which to pursue justice.

This is exactly right. The courts as they are, are the dominion of the fagmasons. There is no justice to be had there as it stands right now. The majority of judges and lawyers are heavily involved with the entities that rolled this out in lock step.

If the contracts specify that there is no liability, and they do, then court action is likely to be futile.

There is a big difference between justification for action and legal basis for action.

There is also a big difference between legal and lawful - legalese is legal sounding language, designed to enable unlawful action and exempt same from lawful prosecution.

WE signed the contracts - WE are liable for the consequences.

We need to demolish the validity of the contracts before we can pursue liability.

Before that we need to repeal the domestic laws, which enabled the deployment of weapons of mass destruction on innocent people, under the cover of law.
