Part of the New Age Plan (sic, capital P) channeled by Alice A Bailey nearly a century ago was to rid humanity of "four world problems". No. 2 was "the problem of sex". The solution was re-education "which will involve a truer understanding of the law of attraction."
What Bailey advocated to take the place of "old" understanding of sexual attraction has nothing to do with commitment, or even with physical pleasure, but exclusively with the fulfillment of a psychic obligation: "The sex relation has therefore only one major objective, which is to provide physical bodies for incarnating souls." (Education in the New Age, vol. IV, p.137)
She didn't mean individual human souls. She meant ancient souls of "ascended" non-human beings, and she identified the "attraction" as the craving of those disembodied spirits to live in a human host - i.e. spirit possession.
Ideally, parents are to be educated to offer their children as hosts to these spirits even before birth, in order to receive psychic powers. But the New Age "law" is that hosts must be provided one way or another. If they are not freely offered, they will be taken by hook (bribery) or by crook (deception).

1- Territorial possessions - all national claims of land are to be abolished, and all territory is to come under a single government, tax system, currency, identity register, language and religion.

People are to be taught how to "die with grace" voluntarily when they have "outlived" their purpose on earth. Around 50% are expected to volunteer, another 25% are "defective seeds" that will need to be erased for the good of humanity.
4 - The Jews - this "is essentially a religious problem" but also a matter of "racial karma" that has to be paid off. Bailey wrote A LOT about the Jews.
Bailey's guide (who went by the name of Djwahl Kuhl) was seemingly obsessed with the Jews.
The UN adopted Bailey and Kuhl as their guiding lights and have promoted her doctrine worldwide in grade schools (Look up the World Core Curriculum).
The UN is obsessed with 'solving' all 4 Problems -- especially the existence of Israel as the Jewish state.
